Company History

MCS began as a Truck Leasing Company to the Moving industry in the late 80’s. The owner’s expertise and background in the moving and storage business made for a growing and profitable venture from day one of operations.

MCS grew quickly during the early 90’s where we went from a regional, to a state wide, to a nationwide provider of Third Party Services. With a keen eye for leadership and providing solutions to current industry needs, as well as continuous investment in the future, MCS has enjoyed continuous year over year growth for almost two decades.

Our industry leading technology and ease-of-use integration have helped to ensure a longstanding and ever growing customer base that reaches into the thousands. In 2006 MCS adopted a new slogan: “Your Reputation Is Our Responsibility”. The slogan has served to further our reputation and good standings within the industry as a reputable company with complete integrity.

Our 10,000 square foot office building in Stow Ohio was finished in 2008. The new site, located in the city’s business district, has become a welcome addition to the local community and most recently won MCS the business development award from the local Chamber of Commerce.

Moving Claim Solutions’ most recent history has brought about many industry firsts. In 2010, when we unveiled our proprietary small wine shipment container system, we proved once again our ability to find a niche and offer true value with service to an expanding customer base. In late 2010, MCS unveiled Sims 3.0, which is the 3rd generation of our proprietary service and information move management technology for third party services. MCS has once again raised the bar to a new level, ensuring customer success and continued leadership within the industry.
